Through kick-boxing and fitness, I’ve learned how structure and discipline can turn restless energy into focus. The physical challenge sharpens my concentration, while experiences outdoors have built resilience and balance. These lessons extend beyond training — they help me sustain attention in science projects and find calm precision at the piano, turning what once felt like a challenge into a source of strength.
